Dear All,
We are wondering how we can be compliant with GDPR policy when we use the functionality "Refer a friend" (SAP Successfactors RCM)?
Indeed, when an employee wants to refer someone to a requisition or to the HR community, the system will require to upload a resume. However, submitting the resume of a candidate without confirming they received the agreement from the person concerned can be considered as non compliant with GDPR policy.
Is there a way to manage the above situation? Can we add a GDPR statement acceptance in the "Refer a friend" window, for the referrer to agreed on, before submitting the referral ?
