Do you have a qualitative Hiring report ?

We are trying to extract from successfactors some quality kpi on how a hiring is being done.

these includes the number of time a hiring event is updated.

so far, the only 2 usable fields in jobinfo that can be useful are:

- last modified date

- last modified by

we have not find any builtin report where the number of update per hire is being captured.

since these data is collected in audit report , these data is customer specific while it would be good practice to compare with local practice ( to see if a customer is above average practice in his country) 

to see if there is room for improvement
