Dear All,
We have a requirement, to set the Employee ID based on sequence (Business rule) to all candidates who are being hired using the Recruitment module and pushed to onboarding and to Employee Central.
If we directly hire the employees using the "Add New Employee" page, the employee ID is set based on the sequence rule.
But when employee is hired via recruitment module, the rule is not working and the Employee ID is not as per requirement.
We have tried assigning the rule in the following places:
Rule to generate next employee ID in the MATCHINGUSERCONFIG
And also tried in Onboarding DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG.
The rule is not working in either place.
