Hiding Fully Booked Classes in LMS Catalog

Hi,

Currently, we have been experiencing high demand for our classes, resulting in some sessions becoming fully booked. This can be frustrating for learners to see these fully booked classes listed in the catalog or library.

We would like to explore the option of hiding these fully booked classes from the catalog or library, ensuring that only available classes are visible to learners. I wanted to reach out to the community to inquire if there is a functionality or setting within our LMS that allows us to accomplish this.

Hello @subhsrin25, hope you`re doing well

Doesn`t exist a feature to do this.

My suggestion is take a report for example Registration Statuses and using a RPA to hide the full classes in the Library.
