When the onboarding profile is created it is set to active, and the information shows in the employee directory, org chart, etc. We would like to set the system so that when this record is created it is inactive. We've tested this and setting the record to inactive doesn't impact the system's ability to match the record during the hire process. We just can't find where we can set the status.
