Hello Team,
We need to remove a particular group of users email notifications for Item enrollment and Item reminders. How can I achieve the solution ? The particular group of users is grouped into a particular Domain.
I am fine if we achieve the solution either at Domain level or User level

Thanks for confirming back. I thought of trying 3rd option, but i have around 3000+ users. Can we use test1@gmail.com,test2@gmail.com, kind of comma or and symbol inserted.
OR, do i need to manually feed all of the users.

There are only three strategies to prevent emails that I can suggest.
1) User profiles with no email address won't get emails. Keep in mind the other impacts of this. (ie: if these are employees who use other modules, their email might be needed for those modules - PM/GM, Comp, etc).
2) Email templates with no email body (default templates blanked out) , will not get sent. Keep in mind for this, that this also impact other learners enrolled in the class/offering.
3) manually maintain the block list in the global configuration, and add all the named users to the block list. This will block ALL emails, not just your registration ones.
