I have one person who's learning home page displays a funky (for lack of a better term) configuration on his laptop, in Edge and Chrome, after clearing cache and after restarting his laptop. I have confirmed his learning user role, his SF role, his user domain, and his Organization. All is fine when I proxy in as him.
I'm stumped and I want to check to see if anyone is familiar with a fix before I go to SAP. Even suggestions on what to look for will be appreciated.
Again, it is isolated to one user. Attached shows the bad and good.
