When a Learner chooses to take an instructor-led class (and the class is set to Approval Required) and clicks on Register, normally a pop-up appears for the Learner that states "Your request has been received and is pending approval".
However now we have a class where when the Learner clicks on "Register", instead of that pop-up, the Learners sees a "Registration" page showing "Approval Details" and is prompting the Learner to type in the Approver... see screenshot below. What could be the reason this page is showing up?
