LMS notifications be sent to multiple managers

Is there a way for LMS notifications be sent to multiple managers without using alternate manager function? We have supervisors that don't need manager functionality except they need the notifications sent to manager be also forwarded to them so that they can follow up on the employee's training. There's a high turnover in these supervisor jobs, hence we don't want to bog down the support staff team in using mass alternate manager removal using user connector. Outlook rule is one workaround but we are looking for system built-in capability. Thanks.

Our solution to this problem was to create a dummy manager for this high turnover position, that had a group mail for supervisors and each should set rules for their own people and ignore the rest.
However this might be an issue for GDPR.
And as well it depends on what notifications you need - if it's approvals - then use dummy & email address in the approval rules and don't set the dummy as manager.
