Hi -
Is there a way to automatically trigger an e-mail notification (to a group) when a Contingent Worker (CWK) is terminated? Specifically, when their Work Order End Date comes to fruition and they automatically move to a terminated status. I am familiar with how to trigger notification e-mails for workflow events, but, since the mentioned event doesn't go through workflow, I am unsure how to solve this issue.
Any ideas or workarounds by chance?
Thanks

If seems you are describing 2 different scenarios.
If there is a workflow in place, you can of course (in the CC role) define a group who should receive a notification at the end of the workflow. With workorders specifically you could add a workflow to the Work order object (configure object definition --> workflow) either via business rule or just in general).
If the intention is to send a reminder / notification in general based on the end date of the work order, you could set-up an alert. One assumable one may be the one (either on the work order object or on job info where it must be the termination row) where it then schedules an alert at the termination record in job info or at the end-date of the workorder (that does not have status inactive for instance).
These 2 blogs give a fair idea how to set that up better than we could via answers here:
