Hello,
until now we have been setting goals via performance form, we are currently considering doing that in the Goals module (of course review will be in the performance form).
Do you have a set up where your users use only Goals for goal setting and continues goal management?
If yes, what are your experiences and paint points?
How do you go about the approval(do you have countries where those are required by law)?
