Growth Portfolio and Performance forms synchronization

Hello,

Can you please describe and detail the synchronization that we will have between an Attribute section in a form and the Growth portfolio :

Can we populate a form with attributes from Growth Portfolio of employee ?

What if we add, remove an attribute inside the form (will it be added/removed from GP) ?

If employee rate a proficiency level inside a form, will it be reflected inside GP ?

thanks for your explaination.

I have two questions:

- Competencies or Skills (both in Talent Hub) tagged as "Core" (Custom Tag with code Core) are populated into the performance form. This does NOT work for "Job Specific". So if we want to populate the performance forms with "Job Specific" Competencies, a custom Tag with "Job Specific" does NOT work. Do you have a tip here?

- Upon completion of performance process the Competencies and Skills are refleced in the subject's Growth Portfolio together with the ratings as expected, BUT the subject can still edit the rating in the Growth Portfolio. That seems not to work as expected. Can this be changed?

Hi @maseitner, as far as I know, for your first question, you need to define the Attribute/Job mapping in Job Profile Builder to make it appear in a form using "job specific".
