We are interested in enabling the Joule bot in our preview instance, but unsure if we need to purchase that functionality or purchase a license to be able to use it, or if it comes with something we have already purchase (i.e Employee Central).
If anyone knows, or can provide any documentation on how to enable, if you have done so, I would appreciate the help. The documentation I found says it should show in 'general user permissions' in RBP, but I don't see it there, so maybe we do need to purchase something?

Yes, there is a separate license for Joule. It does not come with an existing SF product.
