Report on Position FTE with incumbent number as at today

Hi

I am trying to create a canvas report for all vacant positions and i want to show the number of current incumbents against the FTE like it shows in the or chart (see below screenshot) but i cant seem to get it working properly as it seems to count all or some of the previous incumbents.

Does anyone have a solutio for this?

Thank you for your question.

I would like to share with you a canvas sample report that may help you, as a starting point, to build your own. This report shows the FTE, if it is vacant and the incumbents, to if the FTE is 3 and there are 2 employees assigned, it will still show as vacant "true".
