Hi,
The SAP Companion's question mark suddenly disappeared from my SEN manager. What will be the reason?
I have got the master authors role and I also ensured that "SAP Companion for manager" is turned on in Server Settings.
The question mark is visible for all other users.
Must I need to have "In App Help Administrators" role to see the question mark icon?

Hi Mani,
Have you updated the Server Settings to allow for customer-specific content in SAP Companion in Manager. If you have, remove your URL from the following setting and save the change. If this fixes the issue, the issue could be something to do with your access to the Workarea with the content. If not, raise a support ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-CMP and get support involved so they can have a more detailed look.
