Talent Intelligence HUB: Impact on Career Worksheet

We are evaluating the implementation of the Talent Intelligence Hub, considering the different impacts that it can have on our current configuration. Does anyone know if the Career Worksheet will be included/replaced by the Growth Portfolio? Or will the Career Worksheet keep playing its current functionalities?

Hi Pietro,

No, Growth Portfolio is not replacing Career Worksheet(CWS). CWS will continue to work as it is with its current functionalities.

As you would have noticed Talent Intelligence Hub provides us now the ability to manage attributes like competency, skills and whole self-model, so all that can also be leveraged within Career Worksheet, if they are mapped in Family/Role structure.
