Review Offboarding Tile not visible for some manager

Review Offboarding Tile is not appearing for some managers even though the offboardee is visible in the offboarding dashboard. Any idea where the issue could be?

Hi Adrian,

Did you check the rule ONB2_OFB_ManagerReviewCheck to make sure that the condition for these managers is being considered in the trigger?

If the termination rule is configured and also part of the data model, maybe you can check if the CreateOffboardingActivity job is setup in the backend.
