Seeking help in R&R, I am not sure about the redemption points.
In the case of expats getting a award in their physical location, what do they get ? The amount as per the local point value (let’s take an example of an expat From Singapore to India receiving a medal in India, does he/she get the value in INR based on INR point value or the value based in SGP to be converted in INR because the redemption will be done in India)?
If this Singaporean employee (contractually linked to Singapore) had a award before leaving India, what would be the amount of the Medal (value in SGP to be converted in INR or the amount based on INR value of Medal)?
If we have an expat from a country where the award is not deployed (Germany as sample), but received a award in India: what would be their entitlement ? based on the INR value of award.
