SAP-LSO to SF-LMS Migration/Implementation Steps

Hi All,

I recently join one project where my client has already implemented SF EC, ONB, PMGM, RCM etc and now wants to go for SF-LMS migration and implementation from SAP-LSO.

I am the one who has to do the the LSO to LMS Migration and Implementation. I have to start from beginning i.e preparation of ROM, Implementation, Conversion, Migration to SF-LMS Go-Live. I have the exposure of SAP-LSO but I am very new to any SuccessFactors environment.

Could anyone guide me the basic steps whats needs to be keep in mind while doing so? What are the major part for this type of Migration and Implementation? What types of team skills (resources) require to do this?
