Succession used without EC, then EC implementation - consequences?

Hello everybody,

we are using Succession so far without EC (Positions coming into the system via import) but are planning to implement EC soon. My question is now whether the so far planned succession data will be lost or if the nominated successors will also appear once EC and Position Management have been implemented?

Any other topics I need to keep in mind for Succession when EC is being implemented?

Dear customer, Thanks for your question. It depends on whether you will change the nomination method after EC implementation. If you keep the existing nomination method, there is no impact. Otherwise, you need to re-import the nominated successors. BR, Beibei
