Hi Team,

Currently, our customer has implemented EC, RCM, PMGM and learning.

Now, they have started with the Succession and CDP Implementation. In that they would like to have use Skills in Career worksheet for Suggested roles, Gap Graph and readiness meter. For that we are planning to implement the TIH and growth portfolio. Can anyone suggest me the implementation steps and considerations to migration the JPB to TIH. Are there any downside impacts to the existing implemented modules like RCM,PMGM and learning.

Kindly help me with the step by steps approach to Implement TIH and the timelines for the customer with Huge Entities.

Just FYI, your SAP Managed Tag says SAP WorkZone, which is incorrect.  You will probably want to use either Platform, or even Performance & Goals.

The reality is that the implementation steps and considerations to migrate are different for each customer situation.  Ther eare for sure special considerations if the customer is using skills in JPB already for example.   There are certainly impacts to implemented modules like RCM,PMGM, and learning, but they are mainly related to where the source of competency and skill data are sourced from.  If anything, all of the mentioned modules benefit from a customer being on TIH, as all future innovations (such as AI) will depend on whole self data related to TIH.
