Even though still in use by approx. 100 employees, we're considering to deactivate a language/locale in our SAP SuccessFactors environment, because it is no longer supported or maintained in the backend. Specifically, we want to deactivate "English (UK)" dialect and merge/migrate all to "English (US)" language/locale as single "English" offered language for all. This clean-up will not only affect the HXM Core, but all other modules like Learning, Recruiting,...
Are there any best practices available, or lessons learned, on how to accomplish this feat?
Any hint or advice will be appreciated.
