I just want to understand if there is a possibility for the below requirement from a couple of my customers.
Scenario:
Customers have salaried and Wages populations and often the Performance forms are different for those populations. When Wages transfer to salaried, often Wages PM form needs to be closed out and they will get a new Salaried PM form. How can we automate this process?
Can we use SF Integration centre to close out the Old PM form? has anyone got the same requirements from customers?
