FTE Related Query

Dear Expert,

There is a requirement from the client. if FTE equals 1 then the complete leave should be accrued; if FTE equals 0.5 then it should be half.

Please suggest if we can control thru business rule or any other options are there in EC.

This is quite interesting and challenging as well, please check with Technical consultant and Workflow consultant to find out the enhancement spots, explore FPM may be we have such options to control the flow of Payroll run, Posting run.
