Hi,
As of this past week, I am seeing a difference in the number of learning history records returned on two existing canvas reports in Report Center (not in the reports within Learning). These reports have not been updated in the last month. The data has not been changed and the details on the items are the same. I am puzzled as to why all of sudden there is a change in the number of records (from 3,726 to 2,563). I have been auditing looking for a trend, but I have not been able to figure this out.
I have a ticket open with SAP Support, and it is being investigated.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
