[BUG] Cannot attach more than two images in a comment or answer

Hi

I am trying to update more than two images in a comment or answer. I am not able to do so by clicking on "Insert Image". This is the latest comment I had updated and had to do twice since it was not updated in one go.

Comments are limited to have only 2 images. Not a bug, by design.

No restrictions for answers:

Up to 10 images!
