Today at TechEd Las Vegas, SAP Services experts hosted an informative session about how to jump start an organization’s Big Data initiative. Customers had the opportunity to ask questions about SAP technologies supporting the Big Data reference architecture.
Using workshop techniques based on Design Thinking, customers experienced first-hand how this method is being leveraged to invigorate the ideation process in their organization. Customers are able to take innovation to a higher level through creativity. Through Design Thinking, we are able to share information, inspire others, and guide our customers the through the ‘forest’.
In case you are not that familiar with Design Thinking, here’s some background info. Design Thinking with SAP is a unique problem solving experience that SAP is delivering to our customers that brings together Business Thinking with Design Thinking to create value for our customer’s customers and stakeholders.
