Business role information is not publicly shared on the network and is only accessible by your company’s network accounts and SAP.
Updating the marketing and/or sales manager’s business role information in their SAP Business Network account:
- Identify your organization’s Marketing and/or Sales lead
- Have them log in to SAP Business Network via the Trading Partner Portal
- Go to the top right corner and click your initials
- Click My Account
- Go to Account Information > Business Role
- Update to Marketing from the drop down
