Hello Experts I am on BYD and I have a Production order I need to cancel

I have a Production BOM that is for output quantity 1 but the user meant to put 1X in the production model they produce the 1x this leads to the production task for supply to multiply the quantities and end up with the wrong confirmations.

the make task has already been finished and confirmed hence I am unable to cancel the production order.

I am also unable to confirm different quantities on the task.

Your thoughts on how you would go about this is highly appreciated.

Dear James9,

The "Cancel" button is not enabled for Production Orders which are in Status "Started", "In Preparation" and "Finished". Therefore, there is no option to cancel the production order in your case.

Hi Gavan, Would you have an idea of how to go about it if one of the production tasks was already started like in my case. the KBA explains for only Production orders whose tasks have the status not started.
