When I uploading packspec, I have error messages like "File entry with PS_SEQ = 00 has generated an error". But when I send this csv file to others (don't edit any info), they can upload without any problems. Can anyone help me? This is my csv file.

maybe it has something to do with encoding, try to create file using only English letters (at least in column names). Or/And you can try to create CSV with separator ";" instead of ",". And you can try as well with encoding UTF8
