SAP IBP SNOP - Copy base version to a version

Dear Guru,

I have a message 'Entry doesn't exist for root attribute CUSTID in MD RACUSTOMER for planning level WKPRODLOCCUST' while doing copy base version to a version.

Status of di job is finished with that message.

when i open planning area with a version, the data does not exist.

First try to do a version copy of thge master data. Seems like you have version specific master data enabled. PLease confirm. If it is not enabled share the screenshot fo the error along with the logs
