BAS Deployment Virus error

We are trying to deploy a Fiori application from BAS through BTP to an on-premise S4 system, but it fails with the error "virus scan profile /ui5/ui5_infra_app/rep_dt_put is not set up correctly". I followed the notes that basically said to deactivate the virus scanning in S4 system, and the system says virus scanning is not active, but we still get the error.

The profile does not exist in vscaborifile at all.

How do we configure this so we can deploy custom Fiori apps if required?

I tried :go to SM34 and edit the view VSCAN_PROFILE_VC. Uncheck the entry "activ" for profile /UI5/UI5_INFRA_APP/REP_DT_PUT.

but there is no /UI5/UI5_INFRA_APP/REP_DT_PUT in the view. All of the others have been deactivated.

Do we need to add an entry just to deactivate it?

Turns out that you have to create a Virus profile with the right name, and make it inactive, for the deployment to work. Not sure why if it is required it does not come as a standard profile and why it has to be created just to deactivated it...
