Copy ST03N data with program in the SAP note 2568739 failed with error "Error in Control Framework"

We applied the note 2568739 as well as the Zreport in the note, however when running the program in the background job mode it failed with error:

Step 001 started (program ZTMW_RC_MANAGE_ST03N_DATA, variant &0000000000000, user ID xxx ) 
Object ZTMW_RC_MANAGE_ST03N_DATA of class RE and language EN does not exist.   
Error in Control Framework      FES          022          E
Job canceled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

SAP Gui function GUI_UPLOAD/GUI_DOWNLOAD will be called in the program and lead to this error.
It is not allowed to run the report in background job mode, please run it in dialog mode.
