Export and Import Validation Rules Fiori App not working

Dear experts,

I'm checking new mdg data quality tools in S/4 HANA 2022 and using validation and derivation rules.But for App ID F4089 Import Validation Rules for Business Partners, I get the below error message. Has anyone encountered this problem before? I found this SAP note -> https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2364579 but not working.
