How to utilize the Trigger Workflow Action in SAP BPA Process Visibility

Hello Team, 

We're trying to send escalation in SAP BPA based on the workflow status (at risk) using Process visibility Trigger Workflow Action feature by referring https://help.sap.com/docs/process-visibility/process-visibility-capability/trigger-workflow-action. 

One of the main Prerequisites step to trigger the "System based workflow" is selecting the environmental value by creating a destination in SAP BTP. Yet, despite establishing the destination using "OAuth2ClientCredentials" and integrating it with the SAP BPA service key in BTP, the environmental variable remains empty list within Process Visibility.

Can any one please confirm how to configure the destination for configuring the Trigger workflow action in SAP BTP. Kindly find the attached screenshot for reference.

• You need to create an environment variable of type destination. There are detailed steps on how an environment variable can be created. 
  • https://help.sap.com/docs/intelligent-robotic-process-automation/cloud-studio-user-guide/environment...
• The environment variable created is mapped to the destination on project deployment.
• Add the below additional property to the destination created on BTP.
  • sap.processautomation.enabled = true
