Issue during getting ESG metrics under SCT API instance created under Netherland's datacenter

Hi,

We have SCT service broker(API) instance created and we are trying to retrieve a list of metrics using OData mention on Business Accelerator Hub.
And During this we are getting below response

}
Can any one help to resolve this

please explain whether You have followed instructions stated in SCT Setup Guide to gain access to API service: Initial Setup | SAP Help Portal (chapter API service) 

If Yes, and issue remains, please raise ticket via Service Now tool (component SUS-SCT) and we will reach the support for You.
