Asking to sign in when I click preview application in VSCode.

I have tried opening the link after clearing the cache and also through incognito window but still is is asking for username and password. How to resolve this?

Hi Darshan, the preview of the app will access the app's service in the backend for its metadata and later data which requires the login. You can check in the ui5.yaml which backend is used. From the screenshot it's hard to see what type of app/project it is. If it is a CAP app, you may need to check your CDS environment settings.

It is a RAP-based Fiori Elements Application. Previously the application was opening directly but now only I'm getting this popup for username and password

Now the error is resolved it was because of some local file permission error
