Create Subaccount in Cloud Connector, Multi Environment

Hi friends,

I hope someone can help me with this issue. I am stuck here for 2 weeks allready, and I cant find a clear answer.

When i try to add a Subaccount in the Cloud Connector it doesn't work. The Subaccount is a Multi-Environment.

The below screenshot is from the BTP Cockpit.

I tried to add other Subaccounts, with NEO environment, and it works. Just not for the Multi-Environment.

If anybode can help me out there, i would be really thankful. Also if more informations are needed I can provide them.

The User has the 3 requiered Role for feautureset B.

• Subaccount Administrator
• Cloud Connector Administrator
• Connectivity and Destination Administrator

This means SCC doesn't trust https://connectivitycertsigning.cf.eu10.hana.ondemand.com:443.
Two possibilities:

- Your SAP JVM is old - please upgrade to latest version

- Something(firewall) is blocking the handshake
