Fiori Launchpad Showing Blank Blue screen

Hello All

I am facing issue where the Launchpad is coming as Blue blank screen. When I checked in console, I found one network error 407 - Proxy Authentication Required.

Can somebody help me if She/he faced similar issue before.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciable.

Can you share the error log from your development tools?

Hi Gautam,

This can be a proxy configuration at OS level. You should contact your network administrator and see whether a proxy requires authentication.

You should also try to access the same system using a different web browser, maybe the result is different.

Another approach is to check in the system whether the connection to it was actually made, looking at the ICM trace (dev_icm).
