I would like to ask initially back: Why do you want to make some defaults for the posting date in EA13?

Indeed there is a kind of default, since the help tells us: Date on which you want to reverse the document if you do not want to use the posting date of the document you are reversing. So, let the reversal date empty the systems takes the default which is the posting date of the original.

that brings me back to my ask: Why do you need (an other) reversal date default?

Business wants to default to the current date.

Are you saying that if the field is left blank it will be defaulted to the current system date ?

To achieve this, a customization would be required, as the standard functionality of SAP Data Insight does not provide an option to automatically default the posting date to the current date in EA13.
