Please raise a case with SAP product support with additional information about the issue, such as what error(s) is occurring.
If the issue is occurring in SLT (transaction LTRC) then the case should be raised under the CA-LT-SLT component, if the issue is occurring in ODP (transaction ODQMON), then the case should be raised under component BC-BW-ODP.
