SAC live connection to S4\HANA on premise via the cloud connector

Just wondering if anyone can point to a simple step by step guide for the following workflow

SAC Live connection to an on-premise S4\HANA system via the cloud connector
(SAC config / Cloud connector config / S4 config steps)

I'm sure it must be documented somewhere, but at present all I can find is a lot of docs covering bits and pieces 😞
