Unable to do a deploy of SAP WebIDE application Pending deployment

HI All

Please can you advise why the Pending deployment does not vanish

I tried to build at the app level and it says build successful but pending deployment does not vanish

When I try to do at the DB level it fails as seen below and still pending deployment does not vanish

I can't seem to find the tables I created in the Database Explorer possibly due to Pending deployment seen

I have already gone through the KBA as below and it does not work after i followed the instructions in here:

Thanks Lucia,

Followed your suggestion and it worked.

1) Right click on project -> Build with cloud MTA build tool.

2) Right click mtar file -> Deploy ->Deploy to SAP cloud platform
