Requesting CQC Going Live Support for a system already live?

Is it possible to request a CQC Going Live Support for a system that is already live, but needs surveillance during a data migration process (and intervention in case something goes wrong)? Or is it better to open a very high case, in case a problem occurs during the data migration?

The system is a CRM 7.0 EHP 3.
