Hi ,

I am not sure if anyone is facing a similar issue as I am.

I am trying to start my SAP HANA Cloud Free Trial and I am getting the below error message, screen shots attached.

An Error Occurred loading instances. Unable to connect
Could not get service plan metadata. Unable to connect

I am Europe Frankfurt Region and have had HANA Cloud Free Trial working for a while.

I just wanted to start my instance.

Hi Afshin,

There are currently two workarounds

1. Use the AWS Virginia instead of AWS Frankfurt
2. Use the command line

This issue is already under investigation by SAP. Check for instance post SAP HANA Cloud Central. Unable to connect. | SAP Community.
