SBPA Form anonymous access

Hi,

We have a requirement where a customer wants us to develop a form in SAP Build Process Automation that can be accessed by anonymous users, for instance, by customers or vendors.

I found some blogs from the past, like e3 years ago, about it but in other services.

Is it possible to enable it? I imagine that the trick is in SAP Build Workzone Standard.

Hello mauriciomiao,
For that you have to build an SAPUI5 based form with authentication as none. Once done, then you deploy them to SAP BTP and anyone can access it without the need for the login.

Hi @mauriciomiao,

Yes, you can deploy the BPA Form on Build Work Zone Standard Edition by using the URL you get after BPA project deployment.

Then customers and vendors can access the Form on their mobiles using SAP Mobiel Start.

You may like to consider the license costs as well. For external users, each login is counted.

What is anonymous login?

If you are talking about everyone should be able to login, then you can use the default "everyone role".
