Unable to clone git repository Neo subaccount

Hi

I'm trying to clone a git repository, but I get an authorization error. I have developer role in subaccount and I can see the repository.

A popup appear when I try to clone and I used my email, my S-User...

Which can be the reason?

Hi jmtrujillogalan , is your S-User linked with SAP Universal ID? There are various scenarios on BTP when using the SAP ID Service* where you explicitly have to use your S-User ID and your S-User password (NOT e-mail and / or Universal ID pw). https://accounts.sap.com does not accept SAP Universal ID, but only S-users. So please be sure to use the same password for your S-User trying to clone the repo as you use to log on https://accounts.sap.com (not "account.sap.com" ;-)) .
