report SWN_SELSEN not picking up any notification

We have done all the required config in SWNCONFIG and activate the services in SICF. But when we run the report SWN_SELSEN, it is not picking up any notifications. Any clues please why?

I have done all the required settings for the Bidding Process, the bid successfully goes to the Vendor's contact person inbox. Before, he tries to create a bid, he can see all the Bid details but once he hits the create bid, everything gets cleared...
