By Default it will store all column store tables. But if you want to decided by yourself I would suggest to check the top largest table and then decide which one is needed TMPFS .

In most of the HANA DB's Column store size is less than or equal to 50% of total memory. So, by default the TMPFS is configured for 50% of then total available memory. We went with the same config.
