It looks like hdbcli doesn't support 32bit python; do i uninstall my Anaconda 32bit and reinstall 64bit Anaconda.

Your question is not clear, why you want to integrate Office 365 with HANA.Do you want to import .CSV files into HANA. if that is case you do not need O 365 IN HANA. You can import .CSV files in HANA without O 365.
